The BISEP® has an extensive track record and provides pioneering double block and bleed isolation while maintaining pipeline flow. The BISEP offers significant safety advantages over traditional line stop technologies, fail-safe hydraulically activated dual seals provide tested, proven and fully monitored leak-tight isolation, every time, any pressure.

The Remote Tecno Plug® provides fail-safe double block and monitored isolation of pressurised pipelines while the system remains live and at operating pressure. Temporary pipeline isolation tools can be utilised pre and post-shutdown to limit downtime and reduce work scope duration. Pipeline isolation plugs provide a cost-effective solution while maintaining high levels of safety during maintenance activities. In addition, these tools significantly reduce venting and flaring activities by limiting the isolation area and preventing the entire pipeline from being depressurised, avoiding the discharge of significant quantities of CO2 into the atmosphere.

STATS isolation technology (Tecno Plug® & BISEP®) provides the highest level of temporary pipeline isolation in the industry. Complying with all relevant subsea isolation guidelines, STATS DNV Type Approved equipment ensures safe worksite conditions for divers and the environment from breaking of pipeline containment to reinstatement.  Services extend over the entire lifecycle of hydrocarbon assets from construction, maintenance, asset life extension, through to decommissioning and on to hydrogen transportation, carbon capture and storage.

STATS localised weld test tools allow you to verify the integrity of new or existing welds without the requirement to shut down, flood, and then de-water large sections of pipework.  Minimise the outlay associated with routine or one off tests – and reduce unnecessary downtime with market-leading weld test technology.

Permanent mechanical pipe connection where welding may be undesirable. The slip over design and external gripping assembly enables a quick and cost effective solution, with no specialist installation or testing equipment required. Connectors available with a flanged outlet for connecting plain-end pipe to a pre-flanged termination, couplings to connect plain-end pipe to plain-end pipe and end caps for capping plain-end redundant pipe work.
